Relationship & Couples Therapy
Katherine integrates a variety of counselling approaches in her work with couples, including principles from the Gottman Method. The goals of the Gottman Method Couples Therapy are to reduce conflict, improve communication, and strengthen friendship, intimacy, and shared meaning between partners. It aims to help couples build trust, manage differences effectively, and create a more resilient and satisfying relationship. Katherine weaves these evidence-informed principles into her work with couples and non-traditional partnerships as she supports them across a wide range of concerns that bring them to relationship therapy.
Katherine enjoys working with couples who want to:
Improve connection and communication
Shift out of unhelpful conflict patterns
Navigate desire differences or intimacy challenges
Address the impact of ADHD or neurodivergence within the partnership
