Kathryn McInroy (she/her)

Owner & Clinical Director

Kathryn is the Owner & Clinical Director of Gravitate, as well as a practicing Registered Clinical Counsellor. She supports clients with stress management, goal setting, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Kathryn helps clients develop ADHD-adapted skills and strategies to support them to achieve their goals. She is trained in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy approach and offers a space to talk freely about sex, sexuality, intimacy and pleasure.

Kandice Mueller (she/her)
Registered Clinical Counsellor

Kandice offers virtual counselling on Vancouver Island and across BC. She offers support with weight-related health concerns, disordered eating, emotional eating, body image, chronic dieting, chronic illness adjustment, and ADHD. She specializes in helping people improve their relationship with food and their bodies. She works with individuals (18+) and couples.

Katie St. Jean (she/her)
MSW, RSW, RCC

Katie helps individuals (18+) and couples strengthen their relationships, better understand themselves, and navigate life's transitions with compassion and curiosity. She offers virtual counselling for adults and has specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and the Bringing Baby Home program for new and expecting parents.

Katherine Schwaiger (she/her)
MA, RCC, CCC, ADHD-CCSP

Katherine supports individuals (18+) and couples to create more fulfilling relationships and lives. She specializes in sex and intimacy, couples therapy, and ADHD-informed support, helping clients build practical skills, explore their experiences, and move forward with confidence. Warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, she provides a safe space for growth, connection, and change.

Kayla Fleming (she/her)
MC, RCC

Kayla offers a calm space when things feel chaotic and compassion when her clients are feeling vulnerable. Her expertise lies in working with couples using the Gottman Method to address harmful relationship dynamics and have a deeper and more meaningful relationship. Kayla also specializes in working with parents to understand challenging behaviours, support their child’s development, and work through parenting struggles. She provides ADHD-informed care to her clients.

Shauna Burns-Thomson (she/her)
MSc, PhD, RCC, CST, C.Hyp

Shauna provides inclusive, collaborative and trauma-informed counselling supports to adults. The focus areas of her practice are sex therapy, stress and related disorders, and trauma. Her goal is to help clients live their best, most fulfilling life possible. She supports individuals, couples, and partners in non-traditional relationships.

Jennifer Mussell (she/her)
BSW, MSc, RSW, RCC, C.Hyp, ADHD-CCSP

With a client-centered, trauma-informed, and inclusive approach, Jennifer is a Registered Clinical Counsellor offering online EMDR therapy in BC. She supports adults with trauma, anxiety, PTSD, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, grief, and life stressors through virtual counselling across British Columbia.

Christina Atkinson (she/her)
MACP, RCC

Christina provides in person therapy in Victoria, BC and virtual counselling to clients across BC. She works with clients to manage anxiety, address sleep issues and insomnia, improve sexual wellbeing, develop self-esteem, explore personal growth, and enhance communication skills. Christina offers individual counselling to youth (13+) and adults.

Cynthia Then (she/her)
MACP, RCC

Cynthia offers virtual counselling services to clients (16+) on Vancouver Island and across BC. She helps clients manage depression and anxiety, increase their sense of purpose and meaning, recover from burnout and stress, and develop healthy relationship skills including boundary setting and communication.

Victoria Dendy (she/her)
MACP, RCC

Victoria offers virtual counselling for children (8+), teens, adults, couples, and families, with a special interest in supporting neurodivergent clients. She helps individuals and families better understand neurodiversity, strengthen relationships, navigate parenting, and build practical strategies that honour each person's unique strengths and needs.

Gretal Montgomery (she/her)
MA, RCC, ADHD-CCSP

Gretal helps clients to explore, understand, and resolve issues causing discomfort or concern in their life. She supports her clients to develop a deeper understanding of personal agency, values, inner gifts, and strengths. She offers ADHD-informed care and has extensive training in supporting neurodiverse clients. Gretal offers individual counselling to adults (18+). She identifies as a culturally responsive counsellor and offers inclusive counselling services to clients of all sexual and gender identities/expressions.

Kathryn Dale (she/her)

Kathryn works with clients struggling with difficult life transitions, including separation and divorce, a new health diagnosis, becoming a caregiver, and loss of a loved one. She also works with clients experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety. She supports adults in individual sessions.

Bob Bircher (he/him)
MA, RCC

Bob’s counselling philosophy is practical, assisting people in identifying solutions to their problems and motivating them to make the changes. Using his training in the Gottman Method, he helps couples improve or repair their relationships. He also supports separated partners succeed in shared parenting. His work with individuals focuses on life transitions, grief/loss, and relationship ambivalence.

Andee Dale (she/her)
MA, RCC-ACS, CT, ADHD-CCSP

Andee offers in person counselling in Duncan, BC and online therapy across BC and Alberta for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. She has a special interest in ADHD, eating disorders and disordered eating, parenting, and trauma, helping clients build practical skills, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. She offers in person and virtual EMDR therapy.

Emmalee Brunt (she/her)
MC, RCC

Emmalee provides trauma-informed therapy to children and adults. Her work with clients focuses on relationships, parenting, aging, critical and terminal illness, and grief and loss. She provides support with anxiety, depression, addiction and sleep issues. Emmalee has experience supporting neurodivergent clients, and provides ADHD-informed care. She offers in person counselling in Victoria, BC.

Ann offers virtual counselling to adults (18+) for parenting challenges, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, ADHD, and trauma. She helps clients move through life changes, burnout, and stress. She prioritizes warmth, compassion, openness, and curiosity in her work, with a focus on supporting client self-discovery and personal agency.
